The government are looking into raising the fine’s for mobile phone use while driving from the current £100 to £150.

Also increasing  the points from the current 3 to 4.

From 2009 to 2014, 3611 reported accidents were due to one person being on their phone.

Probably more as some people would have put their phone away before the police arrived.

Hopefully it makes you THINK!

Why are there so many on the roads of Luton? Common courtesy cost nothing, nor does a simple smile or nod to acknowledge when someone gives way.
